About us

The Sathyabama Convention Centre extends the campus with a stage for the whole community, a place where academia, industry and culture meet.

The Centre

A bronze pavilion Terracotta façaderising on the Sathyabama campus, built for Grand hallconferences, Auditoriumconcerts, convocations and Banquet hallcelebrations on a city scale.

Established in 1987 by Founder Chancellor Dr. Jeppiaar, Sathyabama is a deemed-to-be university with NAAC A++ accreditation and UGC Category I status.

The Centre extends the campus with a venue sized for the whole institution and the city around it: a circular plaza and fountain at arrival, a perforated terracotta façade that spells the university’s name, and halls engineered for every kind of gathering.

Vision

Founder Chancellor Dr. Jeppiaar opened engineering education to students for whom it was once out of reach. The Centre carries that spirit forward, a venue that welcomes everyone, from first-generation graduates to global delegates.

Our promise is simple: world-class spaces, generous hospitality and a crew that treats your event as its own.
